The healthy development of children, their support in quality educational environments, and the protection of their rights are of great importance for the future of societies. As the Department of Child Care and Youth Services, our primary goal is to train professionals who can assess children’s developmental and educational needs using a scientific approach, apply their professional knowledge and skills in practice, and who are committed to ethical values and a sense of responsibility.
In the educational process conducted in our department, we place equal emphasis on our students not only acquiring theoretical knowledge but also being able to apply that knowledge in practical settings. We support our students in gaining professional experience through courses, practical training, projects, social responsibility initiatives, and collaborations with various institutions.
Our goal is for our students to graduate as individuals who respect children’s individual differences, uphold children’s rights, communicate effectively with families and other professionals, and are inquisitive, creative, and committed to continuous self-improvement. Together with our academic staff, we strive to provide the academic and professional guidance our students need throughout their educational journey.
